By using Tsukuru at ai-anime-creator.com you agree to these terms with the people who run it ("we", "us"), along with our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with them, please leave the site alone.

What the site does

You describe a picture or upload one, choose a style, and an AI model draws the result: anime characters, manga and comic panels, VTuber avatars, illustrations. A machine does the drawing, so hands, text and faces can come out wrong and a result may not match what you pictured. Check each image before you publish it.

Free use

Each visitor gets one image for free, with no sign-up. The allowance is per person, not per browser: we count it by network and device, and switching devices, browsers, VPNs or scripts to collect more is not allowed. We can change or suspend the free allowance whenever we like.

What you upload and ask for

• Upload only pictures you own or may use, and photos of real people only with their agreement.
• No pictures of real people under 18.
• No nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, hate, or anything illegal where you or we are.
• Don't ask for images that copy a living artist's work or a real person's likeness in order to mislead.

You keep your rights to what you upload. You let us store it, process it and pass it to our AI providers only to make the images you ask for, until it is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

The images you create

Between you and us, the images belong to you: use them for fun or for business, for any lawful purpose. We claim no ownership. Know two things: some countries don't give copyright to purely AI-made images, and another person may receive a similar picture from a similar request.

Characters from existing franchises are other people's property, so we don't promise your use of them is clear. Don't use images to impersonate anyone, forge documents, or deceive or harass people.

Things you must not do

• Break the law or other people's rights while using the site.
• Get around the free allowance or rate limits.
• Scrape the site, overload it, probe it for weaknesses or try to reach data that isn't yours.
• Resell the service or build a product on it without our written permission.

Our content

The site's design, wording, logo and sample images are ours. Please ask before copying them.

Changes, suspension and ending access

We can change, pause or stop any part of the site. If you break these terms, we may block your access without notice.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always work, that it will be free of errors, or that a result will suit your purpose.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is more. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
