Write the story
Describe what happens in up to 300 characters, for example a cat tries to open a fridge and gets caught by its owner. Name each character once with hair, clothes and colors, because nothing is uploaded and the words are all the comic strip maker has to keep them the same.

Pick a style, the panels and the color
Choose American Comic, Japanese Manga, Korean Webtoon or Newspaper Strip. Then 2, 3, 4 or 6 panels, and Full color or Black & white. Three panels in a row is the default, and 4 and 6 panels sit in a grid.

Press the button and the finished strip appears next to your options, with a Download button on the image. Panels and speech bubbles cannot be edited here; download the strip to make changes in your own image editor. Each run makes one image.

American Comic, Japanese Manga, Korean Webtoon and Newspaper Strip each set the linework and shading the request asks for. The color row of the comic strip maker switches between full color and black and white.
The same characters in every panel
The request tells the model to keep each character's face, hairstyle, outfit and colors identical. In our run with American Comic, 4 panels and full color, the same robot and the same girl in a green hoodie appeared in all four panels.
Speech bubbles are drawn in
The request allows short speech bubbles of a few words of English. In that same run the bubbles were readable, such as "Making cake for you!" and "It's perfect!". Bubbles are part of the picture, so you can't retype them afterwards.

Under the terms the images belong to you for any lawful purpose, personal or business. Some countries don't give copyright to purely AI-made images, and someone else may get a similar picture from a similar story. Characters from existing franchises belong to their owners.
